IMO B9000 mengambil bentuk BlackBerry Bold 9000. Struktur disainnya sama persis, dengan keyboard full QWERTY pula plus navigasi trackball-nya. Ponsel ini juga sudah ditanamkan aplikasi client untuk facebook-an dan chatting.
