Berhubung masih banyak yang nanya soal setting GPRS dan MMS untuk berbagai ponsel,terutama ponsel china, ini saya posting PARAMETER yang benar.Karena hampir semua parameter bawaan dari ponsel sudah out of date, alias parameter lama yang sudah tidak bisa dipakai.
Juga ada yang request setting GPRS dan MMS untuk K-Touch C800 yang baru saja muncul di pasaran, intinya apapun merek HP tsb, kita bisa setting secara MANUAL untuk bisa dipakai sebagai GPRS Connection. Mungkin yang membingungkan adalah letak dimana kita mesti rubah parameter tsb kan ?hehehe…kebanyakan chat YM yang menanyakan hal tsb.

riman : pake YMTINY kah ? pastikan GPRS aktif, klo tetep error coba pake yahoo client lain, misal pake MIG33 atau shmessenger :)

Soal masalah java connection di W302, ini salah satunya :
First of all: THERE IS NO “INTERNET SETTINGS FOR JAVA” MENU!!!!
Second in the options under applications it asks me to create a new connection. which i have. and Opera Mini works off that connection. MXit however still refuses to install using that connection. i emailed Sony Ericsson about the problem and this was their reply:

Please be advised that Sony Ericsson does not support 3rd party applications, such as the above-mentioned applications. I may, however, be able to offer you some assistance.
You will not be able to configure the Java settings, as with other phones, they have already been set up on the phone. This will limit you in the applications you will be able to access.
For MXIT, when you download please select the W810i as a refernce model. If that does not work please try the K800 or the K810. All these phone bare a similar format and will increase your chances for success. Ultimately you will have to contact MXIT for assistance on 086 100 6948.
For Opera mini, please contact the Opera Mini for assistance on problems running their application. Unfortunately I wont be able to assist you in the running of this application.
